A delicious pork and green beans recipe.

Easy

Ingredients

300g green beans (chopped into bite-sized pieces)

500g pork mince

1 tsp chili flakes

60ml dark soy sauce

A splash of sesame oil

Fried shallots for garnish (optional)

Method

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a splash of sesame oil. Once hot, add the chopped green beans and blister them for a few minutes until they are tender but still crisp. Remove the beans from the pan and set aside.

  2. In the same pan, add the pork mince. Cook until it is browned and fully cooked through.

  3. Once the pork is cooked, return the blistered green beans to the pan. Add the dark soy sauce and chili flakes, stirring everything together until well combined and heated through.

  4. Serve the dish garnished with fried shallots, if desired. Enjoy!
