Butterscotch Sauce

A delicious butterscotch sauce recipe.

100 g brown sugar
100 g butter
Pinch of salt
100 ml cream

Method

  1. Melt butter and sugar together.
  2. Stir in cream until smooth and at your preferred consistency.
  3. Add salt and chill or serve warm.
