A delicious pork cutlets with nectarines and tarragon recipe.

Method

  1. Season the pork cutlets generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a barbecue, pan, or grill over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the pork cutlets for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through.
  4. Remove the pork from the heat and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
  5. While the pork is resting, prepare the nectarines by cutting them into quarters.
  6. In a bowl, combine the quartered nectarines with the chopped tarragon, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and vincotto. Toss gently to mix.
  7. Serve the nectarines and tarragon salad alongside the rested pork cutlets. Enjoy!
