Slice ham, pineapple & mozzarella

Heat pan with a little oil

Add ham and colour each side - until it’s warmed through.

Place pineapple on top of the ham - warm the pineapple slightly then your mozzarella.

Place back into the oven or cover with a lid until the cheese is melted.
